 Are you aware there are over 4000 different mortgages available.
    - We can save you time by doing the research for you.

Not all advisors are independent.
    - Some can only recommend mortgages from ‘their’ company (limiting your choice).

Not all advisors give free advice.
    - There is no fee for arranging a mortgage.

Not all advisors are local and approachable.
    - Speak to a person not a machine and save yourself some time by using a local firm.

Not all advisors will meet you when and where you want.
