Selling through Urban Bases combines specialist local knowledge and advertising with a broad spectrum coverage throughout the West Manchester and Bolton Areas. Within certain sectors of the market buyers will be very parochial and their criteria will be predetermined by schools, family etc. Someone looking to buy in Worsley for instance will be most unlikely to switch to Salford Quays.
